The service also helps connect patients with the appropriate specialty or consultant based on their clinical needs, including support for international patients seeking access to care. These programmes enable eligible patients to have selected vital signs monitored remotely using internet-connected devices. Measurements such as blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation (SpO2), and blood glucose can be transmitted securely to the medical team, allowing ongoing clinical oversight while patients recover at home.
